WHOLESALE BUYERS & RETAILERS
The price of the merchandise featured at our shows or in our on-line catalog is retail. If you are a wholesale
buyer or retailer and are interested in ordering wholesale, the following conditions apply:
Your Cost: Keystone (50% off retail)
Initial Minimum Order: $500 wholesale
Subsequent Orders: $300 wholesale
Method of Payment: Prepaid by credit card or check
Turnaround: 1-3 weeks
Although our website is designed for retail purchases using the on-line order form, you may use the same form to
make wholesale purchases. Wholesale pricing is offered to qualified buyers with a valid current tax ID
number/resale license or tax exemption form. For states that do not issue these documents, we require a current
business name registration issued by that state and a local business permit. Submit the appropriate proof of
your business status along with your order. Your wholesale invoice amount, plus shipping, will be verified via
e-mail or telephone as soon as your order is received and will be reflected in the final invoice sent with your
completed order.
Wholesale purchases may be made using certified business / personal check, money order or major credit card.
For your convenience we accept the following cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover.
We respectfully request that our merchandise be sold under the Raven Designs International name and label.
By request, we will include a freestanding Artist Description Card to display along side our jewelry. The card
provides your customers with information about our handcrafted pieces. All necklaces are signed, and earrings are
presented on colorful Raven Designer cards ready for display onto racks within your place of business.
All necklaces, earrings, bracelets, anklets, brooches/pins, waist chain/belts, eye glass leashes and key chains
are personally designed and handcrafted by designer, Raven Valdes, and are 100% guaranteed for quality materials
and excellent workmanship. Prices are subject to change without notice.
GUARANTEE, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Because our merchandise is handcrafted to your specifications, refunds or exchanges will be made only for
merchandise damaged during shipping and for defects in workmanship. Returns must be made within 10 days of
receipt. A refund, excluding original shipping costs, will be processed upon return of the damaged or defective
item(s). Exchange items, for damaged or defective pieces, will be shipped within 14 working days from the receipt
of the returned goods.
All orders are considered custom orders. Cancellations and changes are allowed only up to 48 hours following the
placement of the order. Due to the availability of materials from our worldwide suppliers, some designs may
differ slightly from what is presented in our sample pieces.
