GUARANTEE, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Because our merchandise is handcrafted to your specifications, refunds or exchanges will be made only for merchandise damaged during shipping
and for defects in workmanship. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. A refund, excluding original shipping costs, will be processed
upon return of the damaged or defective item(s). Exchange items, for damaged or defective pieces, will be shipped within 14 working days from
the receipt of the returned goods.
All orders are considered custom orders. Cancellations and changes are allowed only up to 48 hours following the placement of the order.
Due to the availability of materials from our worldwide suppliers, some designs may differ slightly from what is presented in our sample pieces.
